Private label means the garment is made to your specification and carries your brand — not ours. Everything on this website is available that way: the forty-nine developed styles in the 2026 range are starting points, and most of what we ship is a modified version of one of them or something built from a buyer's own tech pack.
The reason we can move quickly on private label is that we do not have to ask permission. If a fit sample comes back needing a heavier terry or a tighter rib, that is a machine setting on our own floor rather than a fortnight of emails to a fabric supplier. Development that would take a month at an assembler takes a week or two here.
What we ask for in return is clarity early: your size chart and grade rules, your colour standards, your packing and labelling spec, and any compliance requirements your market imposes. Give us those with the first enquiry and the first sample will be much closer to right.

How a private label programme runs with us
- Brief — a style number from our range, your tech pack, a reference garment in the post, or a photograph and a target price.
- Options and costing — fabric quality, colour route, trims and an honest delivery date, usually within one working day.
- Proto and fit — sewn from our own knitted fabric so the sample behaves like the bulk will, then fit-corrected against your grade rules.
- Pre-production sample — approved shade, approved trims, approved measurements. Nothing goes into bulk before this is signed off.
- Bulk — in-line checks at operation level, 100% final inspection, metal detection, then folded and packed to your carton specification.

What you control
- Fabric: construction, weight, composition, finish. We knit to your spec rather than offering you what is in stock.
- Colour: your Pantone or physical standards, with lab dips for approval and shade continuity held across the order.
- Fit: your block and grade rules, or ours as a starting point if you do not have them yet.
- Trims and branding: woven and printed labels, hangtags, custom zip pullers, embroidery, appliqué and prints.
- Packing: polybag, hanger, folding method, carton marking and ratio, to your spec or your customer's.

Minimums, honestly
- We do not publish a single MOQ because it would be misleading. The real constraint is dye-lot size, and that depends on the fabric and how many colours you want.
- A programme in one or two colours can start much smaller than a programme in eight, because each colour is its own dye lot.
- Working with an existing fabric quality in a stock shade lowers the minimum further, and is usually the sensible way to test a new style.
- Tell us the programme you have in mind and we will tell you what is workable — including when the answer is that you are better off elsewhere.
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Do you work with new or smaller brands?
Yes. Flexible production models are one of the reasons buyers come to us — a first capsule and a repeat core line get the same floor, the same fabric and the same checks.
Can you work from a sample garment instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Post us the garment and tell us what you want changed. We will pattern it, knit a matching fabric and come back with a proto and a costing.
Who owns the patterns and designs?
Anything you send us stays yours, and anything we develop specifically for you is yours to take elsewhere. Our own range styles remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Can you hold stock or do drop shipping?
We are a manufacturer, not a fulfilment house. We produce to order and ship to your nominated warehouse or forwarder.
