Knitted terry
Loop-pile knit with a soft, absorbent face. Our signature construction — the one buyers come to Tiruppur for.

Tiruppur, India · Est. 1990
We are a vertically integrated knitwear manufacturer and exporter. Yarn arrives at one end of our floor and packed cartons leave the other — knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, sewing and packing, all owned by us.
In-house capabilities: knitting, dyeing, finishing, fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, checking and packing. GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified, Sedex audited, zero liquid discharge and solar powered.
Who we are
Since 1990 we have grown from a single unit into a vertically integrated manufacturer and exporter of knitted and woven garments — uniting fine craftsmanship, modern machinery and eco-smart processing.
In apparel manufacturing, reliability turns complexity into competitive advantage. We align skilled people, modern machinery and clear processes end to end. Disciplined checkpoints and transparent communication keep quality consistent and timelines firm.
Our garments reach more than seven markets — Canada, The Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Australia — with further expansion underway. Brands rely on us for dependable lead times and end-to-end ownership of the value chain, from yarn through final packing.
“Our mission is to make garments you can trust — made responsibly, delivered reliably.”
From concept to closet
Most exporters hand fabric between three or four vendors. We do not. Every stage below happens inside the group, which is why our dates hold.
01
We buy yarn and knit it ourselves into the constructions a style actually needs — single jersey, rib, interlock, terry, velour, fleece and jacquards.
02
Latest soft-flow machines bleach and dye the greige fabric. Only GOTS and OEKO-TEX approved dyes and chemicals go into the bath.
03
Stentering and compacting dry, heat-set and stabilise the fabric width — the step that controls shrinkage, hand-feel and appearance.
04
Every dyed lot is checked for colour consistency, GSM, width and strength before it is allowed anywhere near the cutting table.
05
Lays are cut to marker and bundled by size and shade, so the sewing floor never has to guess which panel belongs to which garment.
06
Flat lock, over lock and lock stitch machines — all Juki, all fitted with automatic thread trimming and dust collection.
07
Final checking catches damages and measurement deviations. Garments are then pressed, folded and packed to the buyer’s carton spec.
The point
One team owns it from yarn to carton.
Fewer handoffs mean fewer places for a delivery to slip — and one number to call when something needs solving.
Fabric portfolio
Terry, velour and jacquard pile are what the Lucky group is known for. Because we knit and dye in-house, a new construction is a conversation, not a procurement exercise.

Hoodies · rompers · beachwear · robes
Terry sheared to a dense, brushed pile. A rich drape and a deep, even colour take that rewards careful dyeing.
Zip hoodies · dungarees · shirt jackets
Patterned pile knitted into the fabric itself — checks, florals, geometrics. Texture without a single print.
Camp shirts · polos · pouches
Double-brushed and anti-pill, warm for its weight. Available in recycled polyester for winter programmes.
Half-zips · snowsuits · outerwear
A honeycomb structure with natural stretch and air. Light in hand, substantial on the body.
Loungewear · tees · baby sets
The cord look with knit comfort — vertical wales in a fabric that still moves and washes like jersey.
Sweatshirts · overshirts · trousers
